I’ve worked with Ferocious Media in some capacity for a few years now, whether that was just social media management or their full digital suite, and I could not be more impressed with both their quality of service and the results they deliver.I already knew what they were capable of on the organic social side from my time at Apex Service Partners. Now that I’m with a locally owned and operated company out of Charleston, SC, I've seen incredible work done. We brought them on for full digital management during a pretty massive transition. We were moving away from RYNO Strategic Solutions while also going through a full rebrand at the exact same time. Not exactly a light lift.Since onboarding, our Google Ads and Bing PPC accounts have seen a complete turnaround in ROAS. Honestly, these are some of the strongest PPC accounts I’ve seen in quite some time. At points, they’ve even outperformed our LSAs at nearly half the cost, which says a lot.Carlos, our rep, has been an absolute star-player through all of it. He’s stayed on top of the constant stream of requests that come with onboarding and a rebrand, and he’s been a steady presence throughout our first few months. That consistency matters more than people think, especially when things are moving fast. I'm very hands on with digital marketing. Carlos taken my, frankly over-the-top, involvement in the process and just ran with it. He has been an excellent collaborator and rep.Their backend dashboard is also one of the best I’ve used across any agency. It just works. It’s intuitive, clean, and actually gives you the level of data you need as a Marketing Manager to tell the full story to your operators. That shouldn’t be a high bar, but in this industry, it is.We’ve also started to see strong traction on paid social after a small changeup in strategy this month, even on a minimal budget. Credit to their paid social team there, paired with a solid strategy. We’re already seeing record numbers and hitting the KPIs we set for ourselves in a short window.On the email side, they’ve taken on a smaller role, but the campaigns we’ve sent have performed extremely well. I'm blown away from the improvements we've seen on our email strategy. Open rates, CTR, everything has been strong.They also rebuilt our website as part of the rebrand, and the speed and level of detail there was honestly impressive. The site’s only been live for about a week, but it already feels like a completely different level for us. I’m excited to see how future improvements and optimizations play out on SEO and AIO improve as we continue to ramp.Overall, Ferocious Media and Carlos have been a knockout addition for our team. We’re only a few months in and still working through a long list of optimizations, but based on what we’ve already seen, I have no doubts they’re going to continue to deliver.

They are the WORST company! If I could give a zero, I would. We spent alot of money with Ferocious Media and never received one lead in the short few months we hired them. We are so lucky that my company only signed a 3 month contract! We kept questioning every few weeks why no leads were coming in and were always told by our rep, that she would do a deep dive into this with her team and would always come back with an excuse that we needed to give it more time or needed to put more $ in. After we ended our contract, I asked to see what I was paying for, I wanted a breakdown of where my money was spent. I also wanted the reports for my account, so that I could see what key words and ads they were running. They would not provide me access to anything and will not refund my money. Such a shady company!!!
