In The Spotlight: Jamie Flynn

This week, the Spotlight’s on Senior Social Media Account Manager, Jamie Flynn. Recently promoted to her new role, she’s seized every opportunity to become an authority in her field. Jamie spends her days managing a team internally as well as taking on a full load of social media campaigns for Ferocious Media’s clients.

To say that she’s customer service oriented is an understatement. Jamie goes above and beyond to not only make sure that her client’s needs are met, but that they are always exceeded. She often gets complimented by her clients for her great attitude and ability to create relevant and creative content for their campaigns. Recently, she was complimented by one of her clients for her blog work. “Jamie’s blog posts are fantastic. She’s doing an incredible job and we couldn’t be happier with the direction she’s taking our campaign. I appreciate Jamie’s hard work and dedication to her craft. Her enthusiasm for her career spills over, creating success for our brand.”

She has a real knack for social media, thoughtfully and scrupulously planning all posts far in advance for her clients in order to provide them with a thematic editorial calendar. Her careful planning provides comfort to her clients whom prefer to be frequently kept up to date on the track their campaign is on. That’s not to say she’s not spontaneous. Jamie relishes in the opportunity her role gives her to be creative. She says of her role at Ferocious Media, “I have the unique chance to be someone new every day. I’m responsible for maintaining accounts within many diverse verticals. I get to create a distinctive voice for each one of them, and in turn feel gratified every day.”

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys travelling, dining out with her friends and family, and hiking. She’s an avid reader – especially historical biographies. Just ask her about JFK! At her desk you may find her listening to Billy Joel, or her favorite, Kings of Leon.
