Ferocious Media Employee Spotlight: Meet Natalie Catavero!

Get to know the Ferocious Media team, the members that make up our well oiled machine, in our weekly employee spotlight! Today, in honor of National Customer Service Week, we sat down with Client Success Specialist, Natalie Catavero. Take a look at the following:

What do you do on a daily basis? Each day I am in contact with new, existing, and past clients, answering any questions they may have and putting them in touch with the necessary Ferocious Media Representative. I work to assist the Digital Media Consultants in providing our clients with exemplary service. I like to think of myself as a problem solver. I also get to create gift packages and develop unique ways to show our clients appreciation. 

Where did you work prior to Ferocious Media? I worked as a freelance worker providing Public Relations and Marketing services to various businesses.

Why did you get into the digital marketing industry? I graduated college with a marketing degree in the hopes of being an event planner. I quickly changed focus to digital marketing when I realized the vast possibilities of the online marketing world.

What interested you about Digital Marketing? It’s constantly changing! There is always something new to learn.

What advice would you like to give clients? Trust your Digital Media Advisors. It is our job to guide you and your business in the right direction.

What is your greatest achievement at work? I always feel good when I am able to help a client or solve a problem. I’m especially proud to be given the opportunity to start up the Ferocious Media Client Success department.

What do you like to do in your free time? I love being active. I’m a big sports fan and love going to games.

What is your favorite book? Something Blue and Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin. She’s one of my favorite authors.

What is your favorite TV Show/Series? I’m a big fan of Nashville and Revenge. My guilty pleasure is reality TV. Can’t resist the Real Housewives of NJ.

What is your favorite movie? I’m a big movie lover so this is a tough one. On The Town, The Goonies, and The Sandlot are some of my favorites. Also can’t go wrong with The Godfather.

What song are you currently listening to? “I’ve Got You Under My Skin” -Frank Sinatra

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I’ve got a huge list of places I’d like to travel. I recently went to Italy. Greece is next on my list.
