Questions get answered, changes get made when asked, and reporting is available 24/7 through their dashboard. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good PPC vendor with expertise in the skilled trades.

Outstanding! I am the fractional CMO for three home service companies and have 2 of those companies now with Ferocious. These folks are LEGIT! They actually DO what they say they are going to do, the on-boarding process was the easiest I've ever experiences with a rebuild, the team is incredible ( special shout out to Olivia), and the results we are seeing after 4 months has already exceeded what we saw after 3 years with another vendor. They have people that cold outreach pretending they don’t work for them and have no benefit from recommending them. They neglect campaigns and only revise them when you feel exasperated from the quality of the results. The “custom” website is a templated Wordpress website that they want to say holds over a 10k value. Also, do your digging yourself but they are an organization owned by an entity that’s owned by Scorpion. So scorpion getting to people that reject their services through a different name.
We have had Roy's Plumbing service at our house now twice, once for plumbing and once for electrical services. both times the technician came prepared, gave us a quote and fixed on the same day. They were professional, courteous and thorough. we will definitely call them should we need any future services.
I reached out to Ferocious Media for help with advertising on Yelp and got a quick call back from Shelby. Even though I'm not a client he spent over 1/2 hour talking to me about my specific market and what he is seeing in the Yelp platform.
