We are excited to announce our own Lauren Persico has been awarded 30 Under 30 by Long Island Business News!
The 30 Under 30 awards honor the bright and dynamic young professionals who are under the age of 30, who contribute to the Long Island community through public service and who have made significant strides in business.

Her second recognition this year — first, as an Executive Circle Honoree — Lauren was also named one of the Top 50 Women in Business in 2015!

Lauren has been a key component in Ferocious Media’s growth over her six-year tenure and under her leadership, we’re expecting our best year in sales to date!

When not busy in office, Lauren is jet-setting off to various digital summits, industry events and trade shows, speaking as a digital expert and female business owner. She can also often be found on the campus of some of the largest companies in the digital space including Google, Bing, Yahoo and Facebook, working on strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, speaking events and strengthening client services.

Lauren has always been an advocate for giving back and pushing the cause for Long Island’s youth to stay abreast of the shift to digital in all the different ways we communicate and operate our personal and professional lives. As such, she has volunteered at Half Hollow Hills (for the King of the Hills Competition and School to Business Program) and the Suffolk County E-Learning Program as a digital marketing expert for program coordination and curriculum development. Additionally, she started our office’s Driven Women initiative, aimed to motivate the women of DL to be powerful allies for each other at work and celebrate accomplishments.
